(This is from memory, from oh, at least a few months ago, so I may be wrong, and this might not also be true in Texas) It's still retarded, sky-fairy bigotry, but that was the excuse -- sorry, _reason_ -- that was given. Although if a woman's desperate enough to fake it and suffer the unpleasantness of a rape exam, give her the fucking pill, in my opinion.
