hmm, i’m of two minds with this one. setting aside the fact that the guy is a narrow-minded religious nut racist cocksucker, no one’s forced to go there. lots of dentists in the country.

put another way, in a liberal democracy we don’t forbid anyone to think/act/say what they want/how they want/anything, unless it harms third-parties (‘cept for thoughtcrime which everyone is free to commit). we vote with our wallets. yay capitalism!

And on your second point, I suspect the toothache lady was after an NHS dentist and these are rare as hen’s teeth (arf) so no wallet voting necessary.
Then again, my last two dentists have been private and they’re been GREAT. So yes, wallet voting gets better service.
